CEO/ Executive Director
The Tama County Board of Health is seeking an individual for the position of CEO/Executive Director of Tama County Public Health & Home Care.
The Board requires:
- A proven, caring leader to guide established public health and Medicare certified home health agency.
- An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills and initiative, strong community relationship building skills, and strong financial management to lead our team of skilled professionals, quality paraprofessional and administrative staff.
Job requirements include:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse required. BSN preferred.
Experience in health service administration with at least 3 years of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or a related health care program.
Experience in developing and monitoring of a budget required.
