Motor Grader - Gladbrook
Responsibilities: The position is responsible for basic maintenance of all granular (rock) surfaced and dirt roads within assigned territory. Position is intended to report to the County Maintenance Shed located in Gladbrook. This will also include working within the right-of-way, mowing, snow removal, minor bridge maintenance, and other duties as assigned. Must perform required duties in a satisfactory manner without continuous supervision.
Requirements: Graduation from high school, or GED. Possess and maintain a valid Commercial Driver’s License (with air brake endorsement). Pre-employment and random drug screening are required.
Starting wage is $27.36 per hour with full benefit package. With the exception of poor road conditions, employees can generally expect to work from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
